I'm Katie Emerson and I've been on the Palouse for over 10 years now-originally from TN I still very much have my accent and if you've met me you know exactly what I am talking about! I started drawing the water tower by the high school in Pullman when I had to close my DIY art studio due to a chronic illness and then I just couldn't stop. I love hearing stories about everyone's experiences and the nostalgia behind the art that I create. Its been really cool to bring old relics back to life.

 

I also really enjoy helping others create their own designs and logos or bringing their vision to life.

Many times you'll see me out and about at events in town interacting and trying to bring art anywhere that I can.  Teaching the kids in our area to lean more into their creative side and think out of the box when it comes to art is one of my most favorite things to do.
